Ols is a complete nightmare when it comes to cows milk, I'm not sure if it's related to being Breastfed or not but we really struggle now to get him to drink milk, he'll have some on his cereals but rarely touches the milk in the bowl, he just seems to eat the cereal .

We went to Sam's brothers house last weekend, as some of you may or may not know they have just returned from living in the USA for a couple of years and amongst the wonderful things they returned with, were - children's bowls with built in straws. Ols loved them and with great enthusiasm drank all the milk in the bowl, every time he used one, anyway to cut a long boring story short, I found the very same bowls on Ebay HERE and purchased 4. They are well made, reasonably priced and dishwasher proof, I thought I would share in case anyone else is having similar problem, in our situation it is £4 well spent.

They also do cups/beakers with straws built in, something else that we've found useful as Ols is a little 'Straw' mad at the moment and we've had a couple of accidents where conventional straws used in a cup, make the cup heavy, leading to it tipping over.

Hopefully this will be of use to someone.

This would have been handy a few years a go. Joshua never drank milk, I relied on yogurts and cheese for his calcium. I have no idea what changed but he suddenly started drinking milk by the pint lol Now he goes through stages where I need to by 2 pints a day just for him, then others where he'll not touch it for days or even weeks lol

Hope Ols continues to drink his milk this way!

They look good.  Harrison tips his cereal bowl up and slurps, Louis tries to copy and gets covered in milk.  I'd much prefer to use these than the coco pops straws which they have occasionally.

It'll work out cheaper in the long run too.  I've see the cups about in a few shope, but have never seen the bowls.
