Hi everyone, Im Lisa, mum to Lexus, 4 and Alicia, 2. I am currently engaged to Tel and live in Derby, UK. I found this site while searching about Cebeebies! lol

From what Ive seens so far on this site everyone is really friendly and Id love to give advice where I can.

hi lisa, this site is very addictive

I have spd and have learnt more about it on this site than anywhere else, i love it, the buddy system is really fantastic,

SPD = Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. Which is a pain in the groin, hips, back, stomach and arse. Unfortuntely it can continue after birth (i too am a suffer). If your intregued and want to know more we have an article on here which will give you more information about it. Just click here
