Can anyone give me some advice?  I'm really struggling with Fred, he has finally hit the terrible twos, having just turned 3 in April, I am finding it hard.  His understanding for alot of things is at the age of an 18 month - 2 yr old, so the terrible twos fits his understanding, however, he is in many ways a normal 3 yr old, and on some things (like learning alphabet etc) at the age of a 4-5 yr old.  He has started having 'no' times, just for the ake of it, then screams if he's not allowed to do what he says he doesn't want to, so he doesn't understand no, just syas it as it is a word that everyone responds to.  Any advice welcome as I don't remember the others being like this.  Thanks ladies

ohhh sorry to hear this, sounds like one of your lil ones is doing so well and your other monkey is going the opposite way for the moment, tbh id just try not to react to it or make a fuss, try egnore it as best you can, easier said than done i know but i think it is just a phase he'l soon grow out of so try not to make a big deal of it and hopefully he'l get out of it sooner rather than later when it doesnt get a reaction, and id try show him that if he says no to doing something that you wont then let him do it because he said no if you know what i mean...so the meaning sinks in,just say "ok" and dont let him do it...hope things inprove soon xxx
