Lily hun so sorry to hear your feeling like this.

Please hun go and see your gp. if you feel you cant open up to him/her then like jopsy said print off this page and hand it to him.

i too find it very hard to open up to people even alan sometimes. so your not on your own there.

you shouldnt be shutting yourself inside hun maybe you need to talk to a friend about this even if your finding it hard to open your front door. im sure you have 1 close person you can have a chat too.

bet you already feel abit better opening up to us???

as for your dp and bed times. like p said i think thats just a man thing.

ive seen your pics and you look great hun please dont put yourself down

i echo all the other kind words lilyb...

you should have told us sooner hun,dont ever feel you have to go through this alone,none of us will judge you etc..im really glad youve finally opened up a little.

i hope you suceed in getting some help from your doctors and maybe talk to a friend like gem said...

Hey Lily. Theres not much to add that hasn't already been said but I would add my thoughts and hugs to all the others.

You know something is wrong, but you can't quite pin it down. I do know how you feel and would really urge you to see a dr. I didn't see my GP when I went to drs as I don't get on with him, so I asked to see another. And like has been said here - why not call your health visitor?

You really aren't on your own and I genuinely mean if you need to let off steam, pm me. I might not have any answers but am happy to listen.

Let us know how you get on and would echo Jopsy and say we are all here for you.

yep , 13 years I cant believe its been so long, only seems like yesterday (well I was an awfull lot younger lol)  We just need to get thru this cruddy patch then Im sure things will be fine, mores the better when I get myself sorted once and for all
