Awww hun, I don't blame you for wanting to moan. Although I've never had spd, I have heard from loads on here who have had how bad it is. sending you (((((((((((((((HUGE HUGS)))))))))))))) gentle ones of course. Moan away it's often better typing it out than holding it all in.

Awww hun i'm sorry to hear it's been causing you chaos and pain... i had hoped that it was going to stay mild. All i can suggest (as standing is a pain) is make sure you tighten pelvic floor mucles and the ones by your bikini (sp?) line before you stand up as these ones are meant to try and hold us in a fairly ahem normal position.
Have you seen a physio yet? Are they giving you any belts or crutches as yes they are a pain but having the support there when the pain hits can help and prevent you becoming a heap on the floor.
On a plus it sounds like you have a clued up mw and i hope she's doing all she can for you..... have you discussed what sort of induced birth you might have?

not going to get physio, they dont cover it in my area, just give you a leaflet, i already have a belt from last time and i have some crutches but im trying to put off using them , im working at the mo as well which is killing me im on my feet from 4.30 til 1.30(night shift) im not sure how long i can keep doing it but its only one night a week, last time i was induced they just used the gel, and it worked straight away suppose after so many babies it would. im just dreading not being aable to walk at all ive got 14 weeks left and ive got 5 boys to look after. at least this is my last baby, although im only 25 so in 5 yrs i might have changed my mind lol, but i'll have my litle girl so i think my family will be complete. im thinking about going to see a chiropractor but after last time, when he pulled my hips as far apart as he could til they popped and made it so bad it untrue, and that was one a midwife told me to go to.

hunny if you speak to them and ask them questions on it (pregnacy specalist ones) make sure they know what's what. Try the crutches babes if nothing else use just one as it gives you something to lean on if needs be but still a tad bit of freedom.
I'm surprised your still working, please make sure your boss is aware of your health situation they (i think) have to risk assess your job to your current state of health..... please make sure you get some you time and try and rest and chill out with a book or something.
I'm so pleased and cried when you told me you where having a little girl..... you must be over the moon and all those doting big brothers to look out for her.
As for the birth are you planning on having it naturally? or c-section? I just wondered what experience you had last time... Hope all starts to settle soon hun, the road ahead may be a sore one but we're all here for you to share and talk too.

lol bless you.... Honey's a lovely name.
I had a natural births with both of mine..... take it you know the tricks of the piece of string, etc.
Water birth would be a good option too but it all depends on how they want to check you etc and how often you'd end up getting out of the water (i'm not clued up on water births but i do love floating! lol)
