I have a lovely new health visitor called Shona. She came to see me today and we were discussing parenting classes that are starting up in August. I said that I would to go to meet some other parents as I can cope very well with my two youngest ones. She then asked about me about my PND and asked if I would mind giving a little talk at one of the parenting class meetings.
I said I would love to as I know there is still a bit of a stigma attached to it and I am in no way shape or form ashamed of mine.
