It's very normal for symptoms to fluctuate in early pregnancy.  Most people don't get any symptoms until around 6 weeks pregnant and even then they will fluctuate.  After all your boobs can't hurt forever....  A lot of people say they don't feel pregnant but early on what is there to feel pregnant about there is nothing visible to show the world that you are pregnant so apart from sore boobs, feeling sick and going off some foods there isn't a lot to go on.  Try not to worry I am sure the sickness will kick in soon enough and then you will be wishing it away.

As Sam said, it's perfectly normal to feel this way.  Many ladies dont experience anything so early on so for you to get symptoms so early on you cant expect them to be there the whole time.  Sometimes without realising it we actually imagine some of the symptoms of pregnancy, like we're willing them to happen to make us feel pregnant.  Your body will just be starting to adjust now and prepare for the forthcoming pregnany.  Make the most of your sicky free time because it'll more than likely kick in again sometime soon.
