Sophie normally sleeps all night.  But, here we are downstairs!  She's wide awake, singing and playing. Can't put her back in cot to leave her to it incase she wakes her twin brother.  They're 7 months now.  Hope this isn't going to be a habit- I'm shattered!  At least it's the weekend and I can catch up with sleep tomorrow as Stewart's not at work!

Oh dear!  Lewis does this on a regular basis, especially in the light mornings!  Hes wrecked his room this morning and threw various objects out of the window!!

You have my sympathies hunny, hope you manage to catch up on some well-deserved sleep xxxxxxxx

Aww hun, I know how you feel.  Billy woke twice a night until recently and it was hell for me.  He did go through a time around 6/7 months though where he just wanted to play.  It's harder for you having the two of them though as I can understand you dont want one to wake the other.  Billy just stopped it as quickly as it started, it only lasted about a week.

Hope lil sophie settles back down again soon.  I cant believe they're 7 months already.

Bless you lynie it's not funny when they decide it's morning! Kristian's 2 now and is only just starting to sleep through the night.

Both my boys seem to need little sleep and wake early and go to bed fairly late.

Hugs and i hope she snaps out of it soon for you.....

Will she not settle and be happy if you put a mirror or some quiet toys in with her?  I only suggest that as I have found with Fred that once I started keeping him up atthat daft time in the morning, it took us an awful lot to stop him doing it.

Thank goodness it didn't happen last night!  I'll try the mirror and quiet toys if it happens again though!

Aww hun, glad you didn't get the same last night.  It's not easy when babies rule the roost, especially when its in the middle of the night.  Hope the good nights continue for you xxx
