My little boy is fast grwoing up! Since just before the summer holidays Joshua wouldn't let me put his clothes out of a morning, he wanted to choose them himself. On school days he'd pull out clean uniform and dress himself, but at weekends I'd usually choose his clothes, but not any more. I was quite shocked actually, he pairs things quite well. Last week I said I needed to cut his hair, usually he has a #2 all over lol Anyway, I hadn't got round to doing it until Monday this week. Just before I started it he stopped me and said mam, this time I'd like spikes on the top p;ease. I told him I couldn't do that, so he asked me to take him to the big boys hair dressers. I didn't think his haior would spike tbh, its very dry and corse, but he asked so today I took him to the barbers. I was about to tell the man what he wanted and Joshua piped up, its my hair can I ask and choose.

He's really becoming aware of his body and is growing his own little identity. T shirts I'd loved him in he doesn't choose because he says they're not his favourites. Now this with his hair, he wants things his way. Its lovely to see it, but it means he is growing up. My baby is disappearing so quickly now.

Here's his funky new spikes!

Welcome to my world!!  Harrison is so vain, he is 6 and has to do his hair everyday.  He will only wear clothes which he chooses himself and Louis is following suit.

His hair suits him that way, he looks really cute

Nice hair- he looks really like his cousins (strawberry's wee ones) in that photo.

Alex is extremely vain too- and Emilie's worse at 3!
