I dont know how I've done it or where the past 3 weeks have gone but I've been a non smoker for a whole 21 days. I had the worst day ever yesterday, I couldn't see a light and I really thought it was over for me, but I decided to overdose on my gum instead of lighting a fag and it's paid off. I'm still smoke free, feeling better today and ready for the next challenge which i dont think will be far away, lol.

I've had no luck with the nurse yet but have been told to try ringing back next week to see if there's a cancellation as many fail early on and cancel their appointments. If I cant get one I'm not going to fall at the next hurdle, I'll just buy a weeks supply to keep me going until I can get in to see her. It's still cheaper than fags and keeps me on the right path. (cant you tell I'm feeling better today hehe). I'm not giving in now, it might only be 3 weeks but it's 3 weeks of my life that I've bettered for me and for the kids and I want there to be plenty more.
