Hello and welcome to MM's. Sorry to hear of the problems you have had in the past with ttc. If your period is due on the 30th Sept it could be too early to test yet. The earliest you will get a positive is 10 days after you ovulate and generally your period will follow 10 - 15 days after you ovulate. So going by your date of the 30th and not knowing what your luteal phase is I would think it is too early just yet, maybe a few more days yet before you could possibly get a positive. Some women don't get a positive at all until at least a week after their period is late.
It is common when ttc to get all the symptoms of being pregnant as we search for any clue what is going on we end up imagining everything. I always have frequent urination after I ovulate so totally ignore that symptom.
It is now commonly thought that in order for progesterone supplements to work you need to take them from the day you ovulate though so I would check with your doctor if they think you will require progesterone again. The thinking behind this is if you are not producing enough progesterone your baby might not implant properly or develop properly early on if you don't start taking progesterone until a few weeks into the pregnancy the progesterone won't be able to kick start a pregnancy that is already failing it will just prolong the inevitable unfortunately. I would go and discuss this with your doctor sooner rather than later if you think you are pregnant.
Sinus type headaches and illnesses can make you feel dreadful, sick and dizzy, try and rest as much as you can and take it easy. Good luck.
