ok here goes my ex thinks I am pregnant. He has said I have the same signs as when I was pregnant with our son. However the last time I did the deed was in early Sept with a guy I had a 2 week relationship with. I have since had a period, sorry tmi coming, it was very clotted. But this weekend, I started to feel sick, had diarrhoea, bad stomach cramps and a pain in my lower back. I also have had a craving for pineapple chunks. Im due on again next week but am scared that I could be pregnant and want to do a test now. Ive still got bad cramps. Ive never had a period when pregnant before, but there is always a 1st time.
forgot to say my boobs have started to hurt tonight and I still feel sick.

Hi hun it is possible to have a period like bleed when pregnant (my aunty did with 2/3 of hers) but i'm not sure how it works.
With your breasts etc could it be a bug going round and your noticing more changes as your more aware.
My breasts get sore, i get bloated so i look fairly pg and i often get trapped wind (sorry tmi) which is like bubbles popping inside but the only way to discribe it is like a baby starting to kick or punch....(yes i've done and test and i'm not lol).
I'd wait the week and see what happens.... the mind and body can play tricks on us.
How would you feel if it was the case that your pg?

You need to do the test hunny, you can get ones that will tell you now if you are pregnant or not. Then you will need to decide what you are going to do. Good luck and I really hope you get the result you want and whatever you decide, it will be the right decision for you xxxx

Done a test and its negitive, which 2 be honest Im happy about. But now worried why my right boob has swollen and has discharge coming out of the nipple when squeezed. Got to phone the docs up at 2 to get an appointment this afternoon.

Your youngest is the same age as mine, give or take a couple of weeks and I still get a little discharge from one of my nipples just before my period is due. Maybe you havn't noticed it before because you've not had the tenderness or tried squeezing it. If you've had a negative test you can probably completely rule out that idea though I know when I've had a scare before, my body played mind tricks on me the more I thought about it.
A trip to the docs should help ease your mind, but incase of any future relationships, talk to your doc about contraceptive whilst you're there, if you was to get pregnant and have the same difficult pregnancy as the last it'll be darn hard work.

erm I fell asleep and didnt wake up until 3, so I will call the docs 1st thing in the morning for an appointment. I didnt sleep to well last night for the fear of being pregnant.

At this early stage if you are, doing a test that is not your first 'sample' of the day may give you a false reading anyway. The best time to take a test is first thing in the morning when your urine is stronger. Remeber to give the gp a call, and if youhave to wait for a while for an appointment, do a test with your first sample of the day hth and good luck
