Sorry I have not been on, so much has happened since the birth of sean.

John went back to work and it was all down hill, I really felt that I could not cope. I went to my Gp but she was not there so I had to see a different doc, she told me to wait until I got my period to see if I would feel better.

In the mean time I moved down to millstreet to my mums house but that didn't really work as my granuncle lives there and my younger brother.

Then we decided it would be a better idea to rent in Millstreet. So we are now selling a house in cork, renting in millstreet to be near my family and building in millstreet.

Still feeling crap I went to old gp who put me on meds for pnd and anixity.

Just got the internet in the rented house so I am back.

Nice to have you back Martha - as Funchick said, we are here to help you through the PND.

Remember even as a Buddy you can still use the buddy system if you want to get in touch I can arrange for you to talk to someone.
