This is really weird, and I'm actually wondering if it is related to my monthly, but since yesterday morning I have felt really sicky. Its not like normal urgh sicky, but more like when you're hungry and your tummy is really empty. Last night I felt so sicky hungry that I ate a snack while dinner was cooking. Whilst eating the feeling went but 15 minutes later I felt sicky hungry again. I had a good evening meal, but within half an hour I felt sicky hungry. Im not being sick, and I did not eat any more food lol .. well until much later when I had 1 crumpet. It took ages to go to sleep because I just felt sicky, and then it was the same this morning, and now. I've had lunch, but within 30mins - an hour I was feeling hungry (and sicky with it). I am on my first proper monthly in well a long time. June and July I did have 1 day bleeds, but only lasted a few hours and was very light. This month has been very different, almost normal. Bloated, heavier, crampy (remind me why I waited 4 years for these lol). Could this all be related? I know in the past when my monthlies were normal I never experienced anything like this, but then I was never crampy or feeling urgh either. I used to just come on and go off in 3 days with no fuss inbetween lol

Ha ha no Im sure I am not pregnant lol... physically not possible, negative test last month when I was sick constantly for days, and I am having my first proper period in years lol so I guess its part and parcel to that, or maybe the bug back that I had. I did get rid of it, to friends lol so they might have returned it, I hope not took ages to shake it off last time , and Joshua was up all night with a cough and temperature, so I think he is getting something. Arghhhh

Awww hun not sure what to say, maybe your age! lol  I know these last 2 months for me have turned into the weirdest monthly's I've had, Last month I was on after 2 weeks, and this time I have no idea where I am, and yes the munchies have struck again this time.  I've so far had cramps for 3 days on for 2 off for one and back on again today!  where it will be tomorrow I have no idea!

Now I just feel sick and urgh, and very hot (not got a temp Im just really clammy). I really hope I dont have what I had the other week, that went on for about 10 days or more and has only settled in the last week. Oh well, time will soon tell, think I'll just go to bed early and see how I feel over the next few days.

Welcome to the real world hehe.  I get like that every month for 2 days solid, if I eat or not I constantly feel hungry and nothing gets it under control so now I've just learned to live with it and get through it without eating.  It's been so long since you had a 'real' monthly so you've got so much built up and it has to come out in some way.  If you do need to snack make sure it's healthy or the weight will pile on you and hopefully it'll settle within the next couple of days.

There is a bug going around.  Both my children were off school/nursery due to vomiting and my lil nephew has had a virus for some time now.

Hope you feel better soon.
