Kirstin has just found out that one of her close school friends was killed on her way to work this morning. She is really upset at the moment and trying to put a brave face on it. This comes just 2 weeks after another girl in her year was stabbed to death by her ex boyfriend. It was only her funeral yesterday. This is the third death in so many months as another boy who had just left the school was killed taking part in a prank.

How cruel is life. I am really feeling for the parents, how do you get through this. Kirstins school has been great and honestly I don't know how her teachers have coped in these terrible few months and now they have to face another death and help the school community get through it.

My thoughts are with all their parents. xxxxxxxxx

Wow that is rough! I can't think what this world is coming to! I hope Kirstin gets all the support she needs at a time like this. I feel for these parents that have to recieve such terrible news.

I had 2 friends die when I was at school and it is difficult. In fact I was speaking to an old school friend about it the other day and how we all felt when Val was killed. At that age it just seems such a waste so much ahead of them and then it's gone. I hope your daughter is ok and I am sorry she is having to find out how cruel life is when she is so young.
