do you think it would be ok for me to add some frozen broccoli to leo's pot's tonight for his tea?

normally i buy all fresh but i have ran out and not going shopping till tomorrow.

was going to try pasta but leaving that for another night..

Frozen veg these days are just as good as fresh as most of us knacker the fresh stuff.  I always mange to overcook them, so there's probably more nutrition in the frozen stuff
