Mushrooms are fine, they contain very little nutrition really but as an additive in foods like a casserole or mince they are fine.  They are fairly low in allergens too.  As long as they are shop bought ones and not some you have picked from a feild, just in case they are toad stools.

and i wouldnt dear go and pick just any mushrooms from a field i always buy mine from the shops

we have corn on the cob growning in one of the fields that surrounds our house and i aint even pickes that to try.....

even tho vic has old me its yummy

I can eat sprouts but can't stand mushrooms, thats why i cut them up so small you can hardly see them!

Hayley and Fran never liked mushrooms or onions in things like stew and mince so I used to tell them it was Mummys pretend mushroom and onion and then they would eat them with no problems   It never worked with sprouts though
