Ds2 is not academic at all and has yet to sit his GCSE's later this year.  He wants to be a butcher or work in a slaughterhouse (gross I know but someone has to do it), well he was sent details of a trainee butcher job, went for an interview today and the bloke is contacting us in the next day or 2, however he has got a part time job trial there, and if he shows he can do it, he will get a full time training job there after 1st June (something to do with the legalities because he is still in school).  I am so proud of him I wanted to share it with everyone!  The distance may prove a problem as he will need me to take him, but thats the only hiccup!
