Well I had my surgery last Thursday (25th June) to decompress two discs and take two out of my spine.

I got home yesterday and I feel on top of the world. Thank you everyone for all your get well wishes, things are going ok at the moment. I will have my clips out on Thursday and the wound is neat, clean and dry so its all good.
