Hi all

Sorry i've not been around much, i've missed you all lots.

I had a car accident in Aug which has caused me problems with my shoulder and it flared up my hips.

I am still struggling with my shoulder and i am now seeing a specalist physio so hopefully i'll start to make some sort of headway.

Now the spd/pubis osteosis,

I've had a couple of pamidronate iv infusions (wicked stuff) but my latest mri shows it's helping... yay. However (why does there always seem to be a but?) the pain hasn't lessened if anything it seems worse.

I'm now being referred to a Orthopaedic Surgeon to see if surgery will help as my rhumatologist thinks fusing or plating might help (don't know what the difference is tbh). So i'm still here waiting in the back ground keeping myself busy so i don't go insane with the pain and feeling useless.

Hope you're all ok..... there seems to be more and more spd suffers on mm's by the week. Gentle hugs to you all and hi as i know i've not said hi to many due to not being in a fit state to be near the pc.

Hi Tsena!

I am so sorry to hear of your accident! How terrible - that's the last thing you needed. I hope your physio can help your shoulder.

I am going to send you a PM if I can figure it out!
