 hi there im 17weeks pregnant, this is my second child :) i keep getting like this pushing sensations near my belly button like somet pushin from the inside lol and were the pushin is comin from when ii feel it its really hard . could this be my baby on the surface near placenta?? xx plz help its cofusin me lol much love

Sounds like baby moving to me.  With my last pregnancy I felt baby moving at 14 weeks.
