I seem 2 hav broke out in a strange sort of Rash on my legs - it looks & feels like heat spots tho. I started a few days ago just on my ankles then yesterday it was all over my legs. today my arms & neck hav been itching a little 2 but no spots yet

Dp suggested it might b due 2 a change in our washing powder but i just want 2 rule anything else out. Ryans excema has got worse so it is probably the reason but i dont want 2 risk it being anything else

Please help with other suggestions if u think it might need treated

The first question the doctor will ask you is have you changed your washing powder....  It's the most common reason for skin rashes.  Around your ankles where the rash started was it after waring socks?

I would say it is the washing powder then, the reason why it came up where your socks were is because of the heat and then your skin got irritated by the new washing powder.  Naughty dp.  If it gets very itchy the doctor can give you some cream to calm it down or if you have cream for exzema use some of that, anything like hydrocortisone will help.
