Hi all, well i rang them up n they apologised but wudnt give me a reason to y they shut and also they wudnt give me another appoitment til next week on monday now as they r fully booked. typical eh!!

Well i think i av got the whole rent thing sorted now which is a relief. Jus waitin to hear from them agen.

I feel better today, i dont feel as tired as i normally do n i dont feel sick n panicky about the day ahead. I think its cos whilst dp was at work last night, our friend came round anthony to help me out jus in case josh gets bad n i cant cope. I ended up off loadin my feelins onto him too n for it i feel alot better. I also off loaded onto dp late last night so i will jus av to keep that up until the docs decide they r goin to help me.

Its good to just offload onto someone else

Sorry to hear you are having a bad time right now and I hope you get a sympathetic ear at the doctors when you eventually get there.  Its good you have got people to offload to in person, as well as in here of course.

On bad days it can seem like the whole world is against you, but glad to hear you are feeling better.

hey huni

bloomin docs what a nightmare. Im really glad u have been talking I really believe that talking about how you feel is a huge step to getting better, or at least things can come a bit clearer when they are out in the open

Keep going huni, be strong and i know you will get thru. I will be thinking of you on the day you get to the docs

Glad to hear you're feeling a little better and that you've managed to get another doc appt finally. Getting better may be a slow process and you may feel sometimes that you're taking a step backwards, but just keep on talking to those around you, and of course to us on here- we're here for you.

Hi all, how r yas? Well im okish. Finally got to c the doc today and told him everythin, iv lost weight from jus last friday and she could actually c that i was avin a panick attack whilst i was ther so she cud see i wasnt over reactin.

Anyway, she rang up the emergency psychiatrist team and they av accepted me already due to the circumstances. I jus av to wait for a call of them either tonight or tomo to arrange things. once iv seen them they r goin to tell the doctors wat meds i need and wat strength and all that so things seem as tho they r startin to look up thank god. I will let u kno ow it goes n wats sed.
