Hun you have the right to see a doctor if you need one. Tell them you want an emergency appt (yes depression does fit into this catagory).

I cannot begin to imagine what you are going through but agree with the other mums that you should go and discuss this with your doctor.

Awww babe i can really relate to u with this i have had depression on and off since i was 11. mms is a great site and no one here judges u we r all here to listen and support each other..u just rant away! If u cant get in with ur doctor then ring your hv she can call round in an afternoon which sounds like it would be best for u! there is no over night cure but u will get better babe! whilst i was waiting to c a counsellor i was advised to get a book "breaking free" although this is a specialist book i think the methods of over coming depression will work for most causes of depression. it advises u to write down how u r feeling...when u feel down about something write it down and if something u has happened makes u feel down then write it down and what it made u feel and how the people invovled made u feel it really works. the book is really tear jurking to read especially if u can relate to it but if u can follow the steps to helping yourself then im sure u will be on the way to breaking free.

however u should see a doc at some point but do it when ur ready they arent going anywhere and u will only benefit if u want to go!

hope u find everyone on this site as helpful as i have,....u r not alone u have ur dp who loves u very much hence why he is still there...joshua who loves u very much no matter what and then u have us and we all love each other ...sending u great big hugz xxxxxxx

Aww uv done well 2 come on here & say how u  feel, i think its the 1st step 2 getting better but u really do need 2 go 2 the docs about how ur feeling.

Hope things get better for u soon, i cant begin 2 imagine wot u r going thru but as uv seen from this thread there r many other mums who can empathise with u & we're always here wenever u need 2 chat

Thankyou all for your kind words. They av made me feel better.

Well i rang doctors up n told them it was an emergency so they av booked me an appointment tomo so fingers crossed they will help me.

I am so glad i came here, i posted on bounty askin for help n i had to beg for the little help i did get. I now kno never to go ther askin for help agen. The only reason i came across this site was cos i saw a post on bounty of a member on here sayin how gud it was n to cum n join. I think her name was laura. not sure but thankyou so much to whoever it was cos it was cos of u i was able to cum here n get better help.

Well i will post n let u all kno wat happens. Thankyou all so much again. I dont think u all will ever realise how grateful i am.

Aww sorry 2 hear u werent made 2 feel very welcome on bounty, i think the trouble with big sites like that is ur posts can get lost very quickly because theres so many members

We're all very close on here &  do our best 2 help every1 who has a problem

I hope things go well for you at the doctors tomorrow, I'm sure that they will help as other members have said on here it's def the best thing to do.  And I agree with everything that has been said on here, this is a really good place if you need to chat.
