Hiya, well the 2 psychiatrist and a doc came today to tlk to me agen n they av put me on prozac which i start tomorrow mornin n they av given me a contact number for a councillor to ring up n tell them everythin.

Im feelin abit like crap today but they av given me ther number to ring if i get bad so thats ok.

Joshua is still the little beauty he as always been. He bein reli gud considerin he is teethin, he is in agony with them. i recommend bickiepegs to anyone with teethin babies, they r great. the only thing thats worked so far for josh.

anyway hope all is well with everyone, and thanks so much for the kind words. I sometimes feel i dont deserve them lol. Take care n hope to chat to u all soon love anna n josh xxxx

You DO deserve them!

I know how depression feels and it is important to try and stay positive as much as you can (I know how tough that can be)

Heres what I recommend, it might be hard now but it'll get easier as you start to feel better.

Once a week dedicate some time to you! Do something really special, like getting a manicure or a facial or having your legs waxed. It'll make you feel better about yourself. I used to do this and stopped but as I have been getting low recently I am going to start doing it again.
