I can honestly say that I wouldn't swap Ella for the world, but I hated being pregnant. OK so it wasn't a straight forward pregnancy, but I really hated feeling so ill and being housebound at the end. I also hated the worry.

But I've not ruled out doing it again, just not for a while....

Actually I loved being pregnant! I loved the fact that I had a bay growing inside me and that it was dependent on me for everything. I loved my bump and the way everyone treated me and I was centre of attention.

I cant believe I'm saying all this considering I was in pain for most of it and stuck in a bloody wheelchair but it was how it was.

I wish so much that I'd been able to have a natural birth but I have Edward and thats all that matters!

Being pregnant with Hayley was easy, I just had a bump that gradually grew, wasn't uncomfortable and the only horrid thing was the heartburn at the end.

Fran was ok, no sickness again.  I pulled a muscle when I was 5 mnths pregnant lifting Hayley so that was painful but other than that, no heartburn nothing.

Ollie was dreadful.  Felt sick for 22wks, cracked ribs where he was breach, could hardly move towards the end and the heartburn was horrid.  Never been so uncomfortable in my life.

Would I do it again?  Probably!

I loved being pg - twice - and would do it again tomorrow!

But I won't!

Imagine if men gave birth - there'd be full pay on mat leave which would last about 5 years too! & we'd never hear the end of all the pain that goes with the birth process.

I loved being pregnant especially when i felt the baby move and seeing her moveing whilst she was inside me still.  It was great.

However i had spd and it was very painful but the extra scans and listening to her heartbeat and then finally meeting her made it all worth while.  Can't wait to do it all again lol x

I loved being preganant (apart from 5 months of morning sickness - i still can't stand the smell or taste of fresh orange)
i loved being out and about showing my bump off. i loved the fact that there was this wee thing hiding in my tummy. i used to talk and sing to the bump (who we called TB)
it was the most amazing experience, i loved all the preperation - decorating, buying clothes, moses basket etc.
but giving birth was not what i expected, thomas was un-diagnosed breech and by the time they realised his head was actually his bum, it was too late for a section or even pain relief (i had been using gas & air)
so that was a bit scarey.
But i would do it all again and wouln't change a thing. i loved it
The greatest experience ever !

Yupp  I'm not afraid to say I loved the experience of childbirth!!!

I wasn't at all bothered about not drinking alchohol.  I had a very small glass of champers at FIL's 50th when I was 39 weeks pregnant!!  Other than that I had about 2 pints of water!!!
