Ellie has got a patchy red rash on her chin and I think it might be because she dribbles all day long and it is impossible to keep her chin dry -

I have tried to put sudocrem on it but doesn't seem to be going...does anyone have any ideas as to what I can put on it?

She looks like chav baby at the moment because her chin looks awful and she's managed to take 2 chunks out of her nose with one of her fingernails too

I don't tend to use Sudocrem on bums or faces as I find it quite harsh.  I use Ollies bum cream Bepanthen on his face or vaseline which seems to be a popular choice.  The Bepanthen has petroleum in it too the same as vaseline so works as a barrier to stop the skin getting wet.
