Hope every1's ok? Just wondering what age everyone started their baby on solids? I started Megan at 4 Months.. and have some advice if anyone needs help, also will be open to any suggestions pllleeaaaassse

hi hun, i'm not quite weanin aimee, she's 12 weeks.  I done it a few times now and found they were all different so i just tend to go with the flow.  Thanks for the offer though, may come in handy for a few.

hey hun i started weaning leo at 12 weeks hes now 14 weeks i was giving him 1/4 of a rusk but now hes on babyrice once a day!!

started weaning Ryan at 15 weeks (adviced by gp) has been gowing very well and he now eats 3 large meals a day.

If anyone knows how to get lo to drink more milk though i would be very appreciated???

hi puddy tat, how old is your lo now?  If old enough have you tried milkshakes, hot chocolate and also yoghurts are a good source of calcium.  My ds would never touch milk, I started giving him really weak milkshakes at 5 months but so he could just taste the flavour, it worked a treat, he now drinks normal milk by the pint he loves the stuff.

hiya,

i still havent weaned ashton yet. i am waiting till he is 6 months old (he is five months and one week now). i have bought some fruit and veg to put in the blender and freeze this week though. i bought papaya, pears, apples, corgette, carrots and parsnips.  i never had papaya before but i heard that babies like it.

i will prob need LOTS of advice when the time comes to wean ashton! thanks
