Am in so much pain this morning. DP doesnt seem to understand at all. The painkillers arent touching it so sorry but I need to rant and shout and cry a bit while Eds napping. I cant even sleep when he does as laying down is so painful and I cant find a position at night I can sleep well in so I just keep tossing and turning. I was sat in bed at 2am in tears because it hurt so much and I just wanted to sleep. I dont know what to do to make it go away and I want it to so much. I did my exersices earlier and now its even worse.

Sorry I just have to shout a bit.

Oh Madz.. I don't know what to suggest but just want to say hang on in there...

Are you having the accupuncture privately? If so, is there anyway you can bring the appt forward? Can you ring your physio and see if shes spoken to your GP?

My sis had SPD with her 3rd and she got a support/truss (sorry, can't think of a better way to describe it!!!) In the day time it wasn't much cop, but it really helped her at night time...

I really hope that they can do something for you soon. I know its not much consolation, but sending hugs anyway... Login or Register to view images

Well I'm on the Amitriptaline(sp) which is an anti depressent but taken in different doseages is a pain suppressent. I'm on a low dose to start and will work my way up... so heres hoping.

The only problem is they make me really drowsy so I take them at night but if, like last night, Ed is having a bad night, I cant take one as I wont be able to respond to him.

Grrrr
