What can I mix with butternut squash??

I've done a shedload of it, but dont want him to have it over and over again, plain.

It will mix with practically anything.

How do you do it, freeze it separately then mix when you reheat it or did you want to mix it with something before you freeze it?

I still put this in ice cube trays and then give it madam with most things as and when I need it - minced meat and veg, chicken casserole, beef stew..

weirdly, it goes really well with apple!

i used to mix it with carrots and swede, sweet potato and chicken puree that was/is Louis fave, but it will go with almost anything!

I just mashed and froze it today on its own.  I put the  cubes of frozen food into freezer bags after that ill just put mashed something else with it.  Ill do chicken, mince etc.

Thank you all.  I was just confused and didnt want Trav to refuse it if I put something weird in with it.

it goes with anything...I love it too lol! you can add it too soup or casseroles and it goes well with pear. If you froze it seperatly you can take out what you need and defrost it along with something else.
