Has been such a moany bum today.  I think she is teething and she is in alot of pain. She keeps pulling her ear and chewing her fingers. I dont know if she is teething or just feeling poorly.

I cant wait till she is older and she can tell me whats wrong rather than her just crying at me.

She does cry she screams in a very high pitch voice she tires her self out which makes her worse. But instead of going to sleep she fights it. It got to a point today I just put her in her cot and let her. She cried for a few mins then went sleep.

I dont know what to do with her when she is like this.

I am giving her calpol and bonjala (sp). This seems to settle her but I feel so helples. I wish I could take the pain away from her.

Pulling her ear is (sometimes) a sign of an ear infection - if she gets a temperature I'd get her checked out.

Although its tough when they are teething, dont wish them to grow up as they do rapidly lol

I  find if Louis is particulally unsettled i wrap him up in his pram and take him out i find the fresh air soothes him and also helps him sleep.

Will a bath not distract her for a while, when Louis is bad or its raining i let him play in the bath for a bit as it calms him down and also tires him out Login or Register to view images

I use nelsons teething powders they are really good, and medised they really help

Hope you have a better day with her today!

Today she is a bit better. A bath always works wonders.

OOOOOOO so cold out side I am gonna take her to town today see how she is. See if the fresh air does any good but I will be sure to wrap us both up lol,
