If I am eating chocolate or crisps then i give Ellie a small amount.  She loves chocolate just like her mummy.  Really, I let her try whatever I am having. She has had ice-cream, custard, jelly, cake & buns etc. Only really small amounts though. When people are buying Ethan sweets they sometimes buy her chocolate buttons or milky bars but I don't let her have them - just one or 2 then I eat the rest.

Ohh, I did give her a few of Ethans wotsits earlier with her cheese spread sarnie, she loved them.

I try to be strict with the sweets Ethan has but I feel like I am losing a battle. If I say no and don't buy him any then someone else just does. My aunty took him to the shop yesterday morning and he came back with a kinder egg, a lollipop and about 4 treat size bags on maltesers. He was allowed the kinder egg - the rest are in the cupboard. Then dp's mum gave him some chocolate after his tea.

taylor will eat anythin which isnt good for him...

i have had to cut down the amount im giving him cause i noticed i was letting him have quite a bit of chocolate during the day just to shut him up from asking for it....

His faves are Chocolate, any kind... crisps, any variety... cakes, the more cream the better!!!!

Im waiting for the weight to start hitting him!!!!

i try not to give anything like this to Louis  only because Harrison cant have them, we cut out all treats for Harrison because it sends him into the child from hell

Louis has had some quavers and a few monster munch, hes never had chocolate and only a spoonful of ice cream

We have to give Harrison dried fruit and friut bars as treats but suprisingly he doesnt really complain.

she wont know what they are so really wont know what shes missing

i really think its a good idea to start healthy eating when they are youngsters as we are getting a lot of children with health problems linked to obesity

some los are too big now!!! sad but true

you could change your diet too-ours is better than it was
