Good luck - I am not back till next week - didnt get the HOY job - the
first question the headteacher asked me in the interview was: "Has the
baby kept you awake all night" - I thought hang about here i am here
for an interview as a professional. I felt like they were
inferring that I couldnt do the job cos of baby. I only went for
it cos i thought that they would change my boss when I returned rom
maternity which they have done anyway but they have agreed to pay me
management pioint 2 rather than 1 so i dont kick off. Really fed
up with my school - they all work on cronyism - will give it another
year and then its time to go to another me thinks xxxx

I can't believe how fast you going back to work has come around. It only seems like yesterday we were all sat on Bounty waiting for our babies to arrive. Seems like a lifetime ago now.
