I am now 37 and have had all my 5, but personally felt 'old' when prg with April, but that was only thru other ppls opinions and the way they make u feel.

I think to be prg when in your 50 's etc is just risking too much to your own health and that of the baby possibly having health problems, but that said it can happen whether you are prg at 53 or 23..as I found out from personal experience with my ds..

Just thought I would add a post just cos no men have added to this one and dizie always says that I am old. We had Ella when I was 37 which emotionally was a good age for me. When I was younger the responsibility would have just freaked me out. I just hope I still have the energy when she wants to run around as she gets older! I know as a man age is less of an issue when it comes to creating a child, but I do feel if you are too old an knackered to be able to interact fully with your kids then you shouldn't have them.
