Hi Lina. As its been going for a while now, its probably worth seeing your doctor just to check that there's no infection or thrush.
Ella had a spell like this where she seemed to have constant nappy rash for a month and it turned out to be thrush. I felt terrible for not getting it checked sooner as when I saw the doctor, he gave me a cream and within 3 days it had gone!
In the mean time try the following:
- Don't use any soap in her bath - just water
- Try to give her 2 or 3 half hour sessions a day with no nappy on to get some air to her bottom. Just lie her on some towels or something, then you can easily wash any leakages!
- Use a mild cream at every nappy change - although don't worry if it won't come off like you say. Just fill in any gaps as it were!
- Try to avoid putting her in tights as this can stop air getting about.
Really hope she's clear soon. Let us know how you get on.
