I am not sure what advice I can give. If you have older childen, even doc would say, so long as they are getting enough fluid and not dehydrated, they can manage for a while without food. It might just be a stage your lo is going through, take her back to just milk for a few days, and see how you go, alot of the lo's are going through a need to held phase, just accept that some things are not going to get done, and if you do get a few minutes, start with the smallest job that needs doing, and work to the bigger ones. She'll settle down again soon. If it's been happening for a few days, then I would suggest a trip to the doc, just to get her checked over. Is she teething? As this could cause a few problems with tender gums. HTH

It's proberbly just some sort of phase shes goin thru or it could be that shes teething like vikimom said but i wouldnt worry she will defo eat when she gets hungry Harrison was like that when i satrted to put him on lumpy food spitting things back out but i just persevered with it i didnt out him back on 4mnth + i though sod it hes 7mnths he can have lumpy food after a few days of him spitting it out he got the hang of learning to swallow + trying to chew it. Its all new n shes still learning so stick with it and if your still having probs have a quick word with the HV n c wot she suggests

not sure if this will help you hun, but it's what i did with my 3 eldest, and will do it again for aimee. Once the time came that they should be moved on to the 7 month food i did a couple of things. The first was I made a lot of meals my self and blended them so they were lumpier than 4 month food, but not quite as much as 7 month stuff. The better they ate it, the bigger the lumps on their next meal. I also gave alot of finger foods. Things like chunks of banana, toast, sausage rolls, biscuits. It was pretty messy and they tended to suck the food first but they got there in the end. sorry for going on a bit. As far as the not eating is concerned, as everyone else said she could be teething, try cool drinks, teething rings and teething gel, you can also rub a clean finger against the gums which sometimes helps. i know it's no help to you with the sleeping ect but it does get better, you will find she goes through a few phases where she wont want to eat, just give her plenty to drink and lots of milk. hope some of that helps for you. tc xxx
