For her birthday ellen got some paints and loved it.  Today when we was in woolies was saw a aqua mat which is a big mat with numbers and the alphabet round the edge.  You fill two magic pens up with water and u can draw, if u wet ur hands or feet u can do prints.  After a while picture just disappears so u r free to start again.  Its so easy and ellen loves it and it makes no mess.  Its something different for her to get used to.  It cost 20quids and what it does i think its worth it,

This is a picci i found online its slightly different to ellens one x

we've bought this for max about 2 years ago.  tip: don't put it in the washing machine!  i did and the edges started to curl up-pmsl.  it is still useable just doesn't look very nice-lolol.

great idea though-saves on getting messy.  ours is the white one with the alphabet and numbers round the edge.  you get two water pens with it too. took me ages to work out how to unscrew them: anti clockwise-doh!

paid 17.99 for it from the big w.  highly recommend it.

I think they are great for all ages.  Me and john spend ages doodling on it lol.

If joshua enjoys drawing etc then he will love this x

max still plays with his...sometimes.  tbh he's more into paints and drawing with crayons now.  we bought the aqua mat as it's great for when in transit-we've even had it out on a flight before, and it's non messy.
