christine isn't too bad now, she feels a lot better knowing he isn't going to be badly scared. I think she's starting to realise that it's just a bad accident and not her fault. I think she'll just be much hapier when she can get him home again.

just had a txt from christine. Josh is having to have a feeding tube, he's not eating enough or drinking, he particularly needs fluids because of the burns. The doc said it wont hurt him so he should be ok with it. poor little mite, it's just one thing after another

awww tilly, hope everythin is ok hun. let us know how she's doin. Is it possible it's asthma or broncilitis? My 3 eldest had that as babies but they seem to have grown out of it now.
joshua had his scan this morning, looks like most of the burn is not as bad as originally thought. There is some that is a little deeper than hoped but he should heal well. They were hoping to take him off the feeding tube tonight in hope that he'll be hungry in the morning and want to eat. He is going to see a dietician whilst at the hospital. As far as i know they are going to try him on codine tomorrow instead of morphine to change his dressings, if it goes ok he may be allowed home on friday.

aww bless jen im glad the burns are not as bad as first thought, i hope he starts eating too, send my love to them both must be a very hard time for christine,

i hope you find out whats wrong kara use to stop breathing as a baby was because she had a hole in her heart very scary indeed!
