PLAY.COM???? i ordered a box set for £60 for my dads birthday on the 7th July & on the 8th july i got an email to say it had been posted but i still havent got it they said they cant do anything until 14 days have passed when they can then declare it lost and can start to trace it which i think is a load of B*****ks , so i contacted royal mail with my ref no and they said it not officially lost until 15days have passed arrrrgggghhhh his b'day was 6 days ago so just wandered if anyone had bought anything from there and had any probs????

i havent but dps sisters have and they recommend them so they cant have had any problems.

Sorry hun, ive not brought anything from there either,

Can you not ask them for the track and trace number? that way you can log on to the internet and see where it is, if its been despached  and if they have tried to deliver it....

I've not used them, I've found Amazon to be almost as cheap usually and super reliable, infact now Amazon have opened there 'Amazon Jersey' service they are I think cheaper, of course then like with Play.com you risk the chance of there being a delay in delivery.
