I've had no probs with play.com, in fact I recommend them, and so far I haven't had anything lost!  Flip you are way too old for magic roundabout!  you should be watching playschool.  Your artical specifacally said under 2 tv is harmful!

i have ordered quite a few bits from them in the past but not for a while. Never had any problems before already received goods promptly even close to xmas still got things in time.

Personally i would blame royal mail i can't belive tha amount of letters that they lose all the time.
