Hi livsmum welcome to madmums.
You are not alone and I'm glad you have found us so hopefully we can offer some support. I havent suffered from PND but have suffered from depression is the past and have strong views on being open and discussing depression as it is an illness and nothing to be ashamed of.
I am sorry you have been feeling worse. Seeing your gp to let them know you are feeling worse is not a bad thing. You can discuss an increase of anti d's if you feel it will help - remember PND is an imbalance of hormones and all the anti d's do is correct that - but if you dont want to try that there are other things that can help.
A diary can be helpful to see where and why your bad days are and to show you that you do still have good days. Also setting yourself a small goal each day can help so you feel a sence of achievement at the end of the day. Having people to talk to really helps and I hope we'll be able to help you there.
Take care and chat soon! xx
