omg... I have just recieved the welcome pack from step daughters new school and i was filling in the forms and working out the price of the uniforms as we have two girls at the school, and they need ordering before they start the term in september, and it come to £96.00 for just the jumpers and shirts, never mind anything else and they have to have it as it has the school logo on it and must be worn.

They have to have the logo on all school tops including P.E, they do look smart but it cost a fortune every year now as there is 2 of them there, not eliagable for grants, wouldn't do seconds either as the uniform is black and over the year it fades quite badly, no matter how carefully you wash it.

Uniforms are really expensive. We had to get Rachels last September.
Its also really hard to know what to get. If you DIDNT have the uniform with the school logo on it at my school you got picked on where as the school down the road if you DID have the uniform with the school logo on you got picked on.
