Hunni i know exactly what u mean about the ok days and then the bad ones coming back.  Thats a great idea about the diary and i think i might do the same hun.

Like me if good things have been happening i.e people coming to stay it always seem 10times worse when everything is back to reality.

Big hugs to u hun and i hope u get loads more good days to put in your diary x

Hello you....  You don't think your coming to earth with a bump at 11pm on a saturday night is anything to do with not going to bed until 12pm on a friday night then being up twice in the night with small but angelic beast....  Then the fact you cleaned my car up of baby vomit (with angus) did half my washing for the week, fed us and generally rang ragged by 2 children.....  No I would guess it is nothing to do with that I would guess it's the new webcam not working or ummmm the fact you haven't eaten a chocoalte mousse today!!!

Even without PND I think I would find it hard to go 15days without at least one melt down day and I am normal compared to you

Love you lots your doing really really well

Aww, thanks guys  Login or Register to view images

Its only a blip, and blips are to be expected I know. I just hate that with my blips I end up sat on the landing in a ball crying for no reason.. Mind you its not always the landing, last night it was the loo, oh and the kitchen.

Today's not been great, but I've only cried twice so far! I'm trying not to dwell on it. It really helps knowing that you lot are here, please don't underestimate how effective a suport mechanism this site is.

DH was suposed to be away tonight but its cancelled and he's going early tomorrow morning instead so thats a relief.

Anyway, going to have a warm and fuzzy evening! Not sure how yet but am working on it. No doubt it will involve chocolate mousse or my mum's birthday cake!
