Yesterday morning Edward was fine. When he woke from his nap however he was grouchy and he got worse all day to the point I got nothing done because I was either cuddling him or trying to play with him to take his mind off whatever it was. DP didnt get home til 9 so I was with him all day on my own so I was knackered last night! I gave him medised and he slept through. He woke at 8.30 this morn so I gave him his bottle and jumped in the shower and he's asleep again.

I dont know whats wrong with him though. It could be teeth, it could be MMR, I dont know and thats what makes it worse because I'm not sure what I should be giving him. He didnt have a temp yesterday but did seem very hot. He was also very clumsy and kept falling over.

I'm not used to Edward being ill. Hes normally so happy and never complains. Dad was shocked yesterday when he popped over because he's never really seen or heard Ed play up before.

Fingers crossed he'll feel better when he wakes up.

aw bless him, Ellie is exactly the same - I think hers is a combination of MMR (horrid rash!) and teething because when I picked her up from nursery her top and vest were soaked with dribble....

she fell asleep in my arms last night which is unheard of - she woke in the night but slept till 7am and then was back in bed for 9am as she was being a beast..

there is loads of workmen here making loads of racket but she is fast asleep...

hope Ed feels better soon, Greedy, x

Awww poor lad. It probably is his mmr and teeth just knocked him off the place.

Get better soon Ed, xx.

Ella has started to have a reaction to her mmr in the last few days, and is teething so its fun for all the family here at the moment! From what you are saying about Ed, thats what Ella has been like - except without the sleeping through bit as she's been very distressed at night time and has been running a temp.

She's just gone to sleep now, which is unlike her for a morning. I'd guess that it was an mmr reaction, and lets hope that they get through it soon!
