Hi all, just thought i wud let u all know, the cooling pads are a godsend and today i dont feel as full so its been easier, and i can actually say i have enjoyed it today which is probably the first time i can say that and mean it!! I will invest in the shells when im next in town, still not braved public feeding! But i will do it, when i figure out how to do it without having to take off my top lol!! Thanks again for your support it means everything!

Well done Sam!  It does get easier honest.  I bought my breast shells in Sainsburys.  If you feel a little self conscious about public feeding try and get a friend to go for a coffee with you in town so you have someone to chat to and shield you so you don't feel like everyone is looking at you, which they won't be even if you do feel that.  A strategically placed muslin or blanket can help and a loose top.  You can get breastfeeding tops but they are a little pricey.
