At long last! Although we didn't agree on dates, and now I understand their side of things and they understand why I can't change my mind.
I went to the day unit, and I didn't get the positional scan as I saw the consultant! The head Consultant that I had with my first 3 pregnancies, and who knows my history well! He even read my file(well the important bits) before he came and chatted with me! It was fantastic. We have a plan of action as to what is happening, so I'm not too worried now, and my platelets have gone back up to a safe zone! So I am happier, and he has sorted out that the blood place deal with me, and they are going to call me in the next couple of days and write to me aswell, I am definitely having my blood taken weekly, and then seeing the consultant at each clinic. It has also been noted that I have not been happy with my care this time round with the lack of continuity of mw's, right at the head of the department, and the consultant listened! On top of that I have also discusse being sterilised without being fobbed off, and that can be done at the time of the c-section as he was happy I understood the implications, etc.
And yes if lo is in breech position I am definitely having a c-section unless he turns back up the other way! And I am fine with it now!
Anyway not a waste of a day like yesterday but a good one! And if I go into laour before the consultant wishes me too, then they won't delay my delivery! So I am well chuffed!
Thank you all for your support, as if you hadn't supported me I think I'd have been a wreck by now!
