we keep Ellie up until 7.30pm now but I don't think it
makes any difference to be honest...at my sister's wedding, she didn't
go to bed till 10.30pm and was still up at 5.20am!!
she only has one sleep during the day at about 10.30am, usually about
1.5 hours which I don't think is a lot really considering how early she
gets up and anyway she is a beast otherwise....

Ok I can beat you! 0420am and it has been the same for around the last 3wks. Going to bed later makes no difference what so ever, feeding more makes no difference what so ever, giving medised for teething makes no difference what so ever, getting the picture now lol....

Oh no I thought there was only one 5 in the days clock, and 6 and 7 for that matter pmsl Joshua has always slept 7.30 till 8 since weeks old, (take out the waking night terrors but technically HE was still sleeping lol) However, with the move and things sleep time has been varied, He went quite late last night about 9pm I think it was and came pottering in at nearly 9 this morning, asked if i was still awake...I said not really so he jumped in with me and we slept till 10.30am Im starting to like this SAHM life, ok maybe not...but its nice for a few days lol xxxx

Today wasn't too bad - it was about 6 ish when Ellie woke but yesterday it was 5 and for the last week or so its been anywhere between 4 and 6. Its driving me crazy as she has always been such a good sleeper and slept til 8 at least. Trouble is that she wakes up, I try desperately to get her back to sleep, if I'm lucky she will but by the time I've got her to sleep Ethan is awake. Either that or she wakes him up like yesterday at about ten past 5.
Been thinking about investing in a black out blind. Also been saying for a while that they are going in to seperate bedrooms as they were sharing but today, after too many early mornings, Ethan has moved in to his new bedroom so I'm hoping that will stop Ellie from waking him in a morning.

aagggghhhhhh...4.20!!! that is hideous OMG!!! That is the middle of the night!!
Last night I even sellotaped the sheet down the sides (that we've put
over her window) to stop light coming in thru the cracks and she only
slept in her nappy but she was still up at 5.20am today - thank god it
was DH's turn...my eyes are so puffy, they look like cocktail
sausages!!
she was so knackered, she wouldn't leave me alone this morning while I
tried to get ready for work and then fell asleep on the way to
nursery.....how satisfying was it to wake her up and pull her out of
her car seat...wicked mummy!!! lol

Ethan and Ellies first night in their own bedrooms was very good, they both slept all night. Ethan came in to our bed at about 6 and fell back to sleep with us for a little while until dp had to get up for work. Ellie woke about quarter to seven so I sent Ethan in to keep her entertained while I had a few more minutes sleep. However very shortly later Ethan dragged me out of bed as Ellie had ripped her nappy off and done a wee wee all over her cot lol
Here's hoping they are as good tonight/in the morning
