Steroids are evil!!  Personally I think I would leave it until you are off the steroids for a couple of weeks then see how you feel before uping the antid's.  It could be the steroids making you feel crap I know when I am on them I am horrid or it could be post viral depression as you have been poorly.

Don't worry I won't ever let you hide away for too long

aw Dizie, I wish you lived nearer to me, I really do...we could be Un-Yummy mummy's together - we could go to mother and toddler groups and compare notes on how beastly our babies are lol

you've nothing to feel guilty about for sneaking in a kip when Ella is asleep!  Ellie's been in nursery all day today and I've done practically sod all - except shop in the Trafford Centre and I was even late picking her up cos I was watching the tennis!!!  and I don't feel guilty in the slightest lol

I often forget that you have PND because you are so cheerful all the time and always make everyone else feel better...I think you cope with it very well and you are a big support to others suffering PND too.

Big hugs from me and madam, xx

I love you to bits and really appreciate how you've helped me and
looked out for me. You will get through this. The steroids could have a
lot to do with your current slump in mood- they are evil as Sam said!
