My sister sent me some stuff called Burts Bees Diaper Ointment from America and I've just found that they supply in the UK as well www.myburtsbees.co.uk

The stuff I used is fabulous, we have never had a problem and if the merest hint of red shows a small amount sorts out any spots or redness and it even smells nice.

All their products are made of natural ingredients so I am going to try getting some of their other stuff, they do mini starter kits quite cheaply as well so you don't have to splash out on the larger pots of goo to see if you like them.

My sil sends me this stuff too it's great.  The stuff for your hands is lovely, you put it on at night and put a pair of cotton gloves on and it makes your hands feel lovely in the morning.   Smells really nice too.
