lol I don't care.  I don't think it matters how you feed your baby as long as you and your baby are both happy about the chosen method.

I still fed her from the breast at betime.  I had strict rules about no t-shirt lifting at any time and no pulling on my top for milk.  Like I said I wouldn't have done it for that long I don't think if she hadn't been ill as she could have had cows milk instead.  I didn't do it from some flower waring, barefoot belief.

I havent really decided when i'm gonna stop. Ed doesnt like having a bottle so it could be hard work. I suppose i'd like to continue til he's arround 1 year. My mum bf me until I was 10 1/2 months when I started walking she said it was creepy seeing me walk towards her with my mouth open and arms out ready for food.

Roan- like dd- lasted 24 hrs!! as the pain was too much for me. I admire all bfers- but for me it's like having ur nipples sawn off with a rusty knife.

So not much help-sorry!

I don't think Tom is getting enough milk from me.  He tends to draw his head back and then cries, but if he's given formula out of a bottle he's fine!  Maybe my milk isn't coming out quick enough for him. 

Max started doing the same thing around the time when he cut his first tooth.  Not sure what to do now.  Whether to keep him breastfed when possible and formula to top him up, or to put him on formula full stop.  I quite like breast feeding. 

Will it harm him doing half and half?

Well at 22 1/2 months I have finally stopped bf Kieran......not bad for someone who was only gonna do it for 6 months.  My little toerag had other ideas tho cos not only would he not drink from a bottle, he also didnt like formula or cows milk (and still doesnt expect on breakfast)

Anyway he was ill for a week, doc said it was a throat and ear infection, for a couple of days it was very painful for him to swallow so he didnt want to drink, and didnt want feeding.  So I took advantage of it and havent bf him at all now for last 2 weeks.

Sad really, cos in last couple of months he has come out of his cot, into his own bedroom and now he isnt being fed.  He aint my little baby anymore

I'm still breast feeding Tom.  It's easier now that I'm not working, and having more time to devote to him and Max my toddler.

Going back to work when he was so tiny was really hard.  Now all we've got to do is move out of our home and fly back to England.  A doddle with a baby and toddler-NOT!!
